In case we jointly utilize personal data with a third party or subcontract handling of personal data to a third party, we will oversee such third party to ensure to properly utilize personal data.

Unless otherwise specified in law or regulation, we will not provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the principal (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) who is identified by such personal information.

6. Safety Management Measures of Personal Data

We will take proper safety measures for the prevention of leakage, loss, damage, or falsification of personal data.

7. Disclosure, Correction or Deletion of Retained Personal Data

If the Principal or its agent requests us to notify of the purpose, disclose, correct, or case to utilize retained personal data, we will make conduct in good faith under the applicable laws and regulations.

8. Establishment of Internal Rules for the Protection of Personal Information

Proper protection of personal information under this Policy will be conducted in accordance with the Rules for Protection of Personal Information as separately set forth.

9. Supplementary provisions

This policy will come into effect as of April 1, 2007.
The revision of this policy will come into effect as of September 30, 2022.
