At the same time, we are actively developing the internal environment that will serve as the foundation for the development of Self-Sufficient Personnel.

Health and Safety

Health Management Policy

As stated in our brand statement, "Happy people create a happy world," we believe that each employee's "health*" forms the foundation of "enjoy," which we value, and brings about a synergistic effect.
Based on this thought, we promise three commitments from our management, "work motivation," "work environment," and "fair evaluations and compensations." Also, by creating an environment where each employee can consider his or her own optimal health status and synergize good "health" and "enjoy," we will support each employee's success while striving to realize "a cheerful society," our management philosophy.

*We believe that the health has three elements: "physical health," "mental health," and "social health." We define social health as being "connected with people and communities" as well as being "recognized by society."

Promotion Structure for Health Management

Occupational Safety and Health

The Taiyo Group's production bases hold monthly meetings of the Health and Safety Committee and actively work on activities for occupational health and safety by conducting self-defense firefighting and emergency training, and safety and health education, as well as by conducting special medical examinations, and environmental measurements, while working to create a pleasant workplace environment by incorporating the opinions of employees.
