What is FPD?
FPD(Flat panel display) is a generic term for thin displays, including LCDs (liquid crystal displays) and OLEDs ( Organic Light-Emitting Diode).
Features of our functional conductive materials
We have developed "low-temperature curable conductive silver paste for screen printing" as an electrode material/conductive material for touch panels, a market that has expanded mainly for smartphones, and it continues to be used today. From the viewpoint of "low temperature curing," we are also developing applications of conductive materials/conductive pastes as "functional materials" to be used on base materials with low heat resistance.
Types of our functional conductive materials
In addition to conventional conductive silver paste, we are developing further conductive materials as "conductive components" beyond the realm of FPD applications. We are focusing on sales of "stretchable conductive paste" used for wearable devices as a new application development.
