ELECTRONICS
A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board that configures the arrangement of its circuitry with conductive paste,or via a chemical method such as plating or etching a conductive circuit pattern onto an insulated substrate.
A PCB is mounted with semiconductors, condensers and other components and plays a vital role by electrically connecting each of these parts.
Printed circuit boards are categorized by their shape and use as rigid boards, PKG boards, flexible printed circuit boards, build-up and LED board.

A motherboard is a printed circuit board (PCB) made with a rigid insulated substrate. This single board, primarily installed inside electronic devices, is mounted with LSIs, resistors, condensers and other components. Legend ink, meanwhile, is printed onto a PCB to indicate the names and predetermined positions of the electronic components to be mounted.
Products
solder resist
A type of printed circuit board used as an interposer when mounting semiconductors such as computer CPUs , smartphone AP or memory.
Products
solder resist
photoimageable coverlay
A soft, flexible board made from polyester or polyimide film coated with copper foil.
Products
hole-plugging material
interlayer insulating material
Build-up refers to a method of manufacturing heavily layered PCBs by alternately laminating insulated and conductive layers on a core board (or base board). The ink used to fill conductive holes in a core board is called hole-plugging ink. The laminated insulation is called interlayer insulation.
